 Training Video

To assist law enforcement agencies in training their personnel with the protocols, a training video was produced.  This video provides officers, deputies and dispatchers with easy to understand explanations on what to do to communicate during various multi-agency incidents.

Currently the video is available in VHS and DVD formats.  The video is also available to be viewed online in a streaming format on the San Diego / Imperial County Regional Communications System's website, www.rcs800mhz.org.  The video is located under the Members section of the website.

To obtain a copy of the training video in VHS or DVD, contact:

Making the Video Possible
L.E.A.N. Chairman Dave Craig wrote the script and produced the video.  His experience in creating numerous training videos for the Regional Communications System was valuable in making the L.E.A.N. Training Video a reality.

Filmed in the City of Coronado, using the backdrop of the City of San Diego downtown skyline, patrol vehicles from various agencies and a Sheriff's A.S.T.R.E.A. Helicopter created the set.

John Culea with County Supervisor Bill Horn's Public Information Office agreed to be the on screen host and narrate the video.  His experience and professionalism was one of the key components in making the video a success.

The United States Navy Video Production Unit donated the time and expertise of their staff and equipment to film and edit the video, resulting in a professional final product.
